Return and Exchanges
- All US returns are completed free of costs.
- A flat rate cost of $30.00 USD will be deducted from your refund for international returns.
- There are no costs for exchanges for the same or similar product.
- Returns will be accepted within 30 days of the shipment date. Please email us if you were looking to process a return. proteckdservice@gmail.com or you can process your own return by logging into your account and requesting a return.
- Once a return item is received, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to credit back to your card.
- For any order placed between November 15 and December 31, your return deadline is January 15 OR 30 days from the delivery date—whichever is later.
