Return / Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund/store credit /an exchange/a full refund or store credit/for a full refund or an exchange/for store credit for US customers. There will be a flat $30 fee for international returns, but all exchanges are free. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the shipping date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number,] place the item securely in a package and include your proof of purchase/and the return form provided, and mail your return.
Please note, we will take care of any returns as needed. We will email you a prepaid shipping label for any returns for US orders. All International Customers will be deducted a flat $35 from the refund for return postage/customs costs.
