Faraday Collection

Most Faraday items are in stock and ship within 5 business days.

  Black and grey Faraday items are typically in stock and ship fastest

  Some Non-black/grey colors and double-layered designs may be made to order, but most items will still be in stock.

If an item requires additional production time, this is due to fabric availability or custom layering.

AuraShield Collection

AuraShield items are produced in partnership with our manufacturer.

What to expect:

• 
  Please allow up to 21 days for us to receive your item from our manufacturer
  
• 
  Once received, we apply the AuraShield treatment and tags immediately
  
• 
  Orders are typically shipped within 2–3 weeks total
  

You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Return and Exchanges

• All US returns are completed free of costs.
• A flat rate cost of $30.00 USD will be deducted from your refund for international returns.
• There are no costs for exchanges for the same or similar product.
• Returns will be accepted within 30 days of the shipment date. Please email us if you were looking to process a return. proteckdservice@gmail.com or you can process your own return by logging into your account and requesting a return.
  
• Once a return item is received, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to credit back to your card.
  
• For any order placed between November 15 and December 31, your return deadline is January 15 OR 30 days from the delivery date—whichever is later.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide for a flat $40 USD, or free on every order over $199.

Proteck'd Apparel covers all broker fees on your behalf. Please note: the customer is fully responsible for paying any import taxes, duties, and tariffs charged by their country's customs authority. These fees are collected by the shipping courier and must be paid before your package is released for delivery.

Charges vary by country and order value, so we recommend checking your local customs rates before placing your order.

General Care Guidelines

• Machine Wash: Use a gentle cycle with cold water.
• Detergent: Use mild, non-bleach detergent. Avoid fabric softeners or harsh chemicals.
• Do Not Bleach: Bleach can damage the EMF-shielding fibers.
• Avoid High Heat: High temperatures may degrade the shielding material.

Drying Instructions

• Air Dry: Lay flat or hang to dry in a shaded area. Avoid direct sunlight.
• Do Not Tumble Dry: Avoid using a dryer, as high heat can damage the protective fibers.

Ironing

• Low Heat Only: If needed, use the lowest heat setting and avoid direct contact with the EMF-blocking areas.
• No Steam: Steam can weaken shielding materials.

Additional Tips

• Separate Washing: Wash your Proteck’d items separately or with similar colors to prevent damage.
• Store Carefully: Fold and store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
